Meet Jasmine

Jasmine is a graduate in the Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University and a certified professional counsellor with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. She is currently a qualifying provisional psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists. She holds a BA in Sociology and Psychology from the University of Calgary. Throughout her career and education, she has specialized in evidence-based counselling therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Trauma-Informed Therapy, Mindfulness, and Positive Psychotherapies. Jasmine firmly believes in adapting therapy to each client's unique goals, avoiding a one-size-fits-all approach.

With over a decade of experience, Jasmine has successfully supported individuals of all ages and diverse backgrounds. Her expertise includes assisting clients with issues such as post-traumatic stress disorder, depression, anxiety, interpersonal relationship challenges, addiction, and unresolved childhood trauma. Jasmine is committed to addressing symptoms like restlessness, guilt, shame, fear, worry, low self-esteem, stress, and feelings of worthlessness or negativity, fostering a supportive environment for clients to navigate their fears and achieve their goals.
